EASTER LONG WEEKEND - 3rd - 6th April 2026
COOLY ROCKS FESTIVAL - 2nd - 8th June 2026 - (minimum stay of 5 nights)
CHRISTMAS - 20th December 2025 - 18th January 2026 (minimum stay of 7 nights)

For Your Information

All rates are effective from 1st July each year and are subject to change.
All rates are for two people on short term stays.
Cabins Stays - add $25 per night for each additional person.
Powered sites are based on two people additional guests are $15 for adults & $10 for children per night.
Ensuite sites are based on two people, additional guests are $15 per night.
Children are 3 - 12 years old - inclusive.
All accommodation is NON SMOKING. An additional cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if you smoke indoors.
One vehicle only per site unless you can fit everything within your assigned site boundry.
Bedding & linen supplied to all holiday accommodation. Additional linen at a cost.
Minimum stay of 7 nights during Christmas holiday period, 3 nights for Long Weekends, Easter & 5 nights for Cooly Rocks.

We do not accept Pets.

No skateboarding or roller blades in the park area.
Public transport available at the entrance to the park.
Check in from 2pm (NSW time) or earlier by arrangement.
Check out by 10am (NSW time).
We are a recycling park.

Reception Hours 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri and however closed 1pm - 2pm daily. (NSW Time)
Sat & Sun 9am - 1pm
Self check-in can be arranged. Its very easy.

Deposit Policy

Shoulder/Off Peak: 50% deposit of total tariff at the time of booking with balance automatically processed 1 week prior to arrival.

Peak: 50% deposit of total tariff at the time of booking with balance due 1st March (Easter)/ 1st December (Xmas).

Payment Option for Peak Xmas Period - We offer a quarterly payment option. Please discuss when booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for online or 3rd Party Reservations

If you make a reservation online or through a 3rd party website all bookings are non-refundable however subject to availability, you may be able to change your dates. Please phone us about this possibility.

Change of mind Policy

You have 24hrs from the time you made your reservation to contact us to received a full refund. (strictly 24 hours)

Cancellations/Refunds/Transfers for Reservations made over the phone with us directly

Cancellations Peak: Xmas, Easter, Cool Rocks, Queens Birthday & Labour LWE's

More than 4 weeks' notice and your payments will be refunded less a $100 admin fee.

Under 4 weeks' notice you will receive a 6 month credit less a $100 admin fee or you can immediately book future dates without an admin fee.

Standard Cancellation: Outside of Peak times

More than 2 weeks’ notice and your payments will be refunded less a $50 admin fee.

Under 2 weeks' notice and your payments will be refunded less a $50 administration fee or you can choose to have a full 6 month credit without an admin fee.

1 week or under notice and you can immediately book further dates. No other offers apply.

Transfers

With any of the above options you can transfer your credit to a new reservation or gift it to family/friends.

After Arrival

For any reason if you decided to vacate the park prior to your expected departure date there are no refunds. Simply place your keys in the return key box on the landing at Reception.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

As a guest/s in our park you agree to:

Read and be familiar with Park Rules, written on the back of the map, and conduct yourself in a manner conducive to a harmonious park environment.

Any damage or loss to our accommodation, site or equipment in the park for which you are responsible and is not billed at the time of your departure, may be charged to the same credit card used to pay your account or to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account at a later date.

Report any problem you have with your accommodation, site or neighbour immediately so the situation can be rectified to allow a wonderful holiday.

When departing a cabin you need to ensure you wash all dishes and put them away, and remove any garbage to the outside bin at your cabin. (you will incur charges if these tasks are not completed)
