Paula brings a wealth of experience to the Colonial Tweed from the Hospitality & Customer Service industry. Paula has has many years experience in park management and we are lucky to have her even though she had to jump the 'ditch' to be here.
Reservations
SHARON
Sharon has worked for us for many years in Staff Relations and brings a wealth of knowledge to the Hospitality and Customer Service roll. As a Reservations Officer you will find her very easy to chat to and she will sort your holiday requirements.
Housekeeping
WENDY
Wendy brings a wealth of experience to the housekeeping department having worked in many facets of the industry. She works to a very high standard to ensure you enjoy your holdiay with us.
RAQUEL
Raquel is a very experienced housekeeper, having raised 6 children, and we are fortunate to have her on our team. She also works to a very high standard to keep everything clean and tidy.
CLAIR
Clair bring a refreshing vib to our park. Alway happy and cheerful, and a fantastic clean. We always get comment on how clean the cabins are.
Ground Staff
These guys are always visable in the Park as they pride themselves on keeping everything in order from lawns & gardens to the pool and amenities. If you get a chance say "Hi" to them.
GARRY & STEVE- Park Groundsman
These boys can turn their hand to anything required in the park. They have been observed backing vans onto sites, helping with awnings that just won't behave themselves, to fixing anything needed. You might catch sight of them around the park in our buggy or on the ride-on mower. Said hi if you get a chance.
